ROADMAP

(Note: This is not a static document -- I rearrange this whenever
something else looks more interesting than the next item :-)

For 0.7:
 * HTTP proxy

For 0.8:
 * Some proxy authentication support via PAM
 * Complete, test, merge and document the firewalling rc scripts

For 0.9:
 * Limited support for inserting/removing iptables rules (API
   usable for other filters, too)
 * Split FTP gateway in two: parent retains root to add/remove
   packet filtering rules for data connections and to make sockets
   bound to "ftp-data"

For 1.0:
 * SSL VPN?
 * Test, fix, audit, document, release

Post-1.0:
 * Generalise ip{etc} support for more filtering systems
 * Support for "one-time" user ids so that multiple instances of
   the same proxy can't interfere with each other (may be best
   done in-kernel)

Any time:
 * IRC proxy
